Privacy Policy

Isorhythm Solutions LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company that provides business process automation consulting and publishes software applications. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Isorhythm Solutions LLC. Questions about privacy go to info@isorhythmsolutions.com.

The website has no accounts, forms, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not set any cookies.

Like every website, it is delivered by service providers who see technical information in order to serve the page:

• Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. It processes your IP address, browser type and the page requested, and keeps short-lived logs for security and reliability.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details under Google's own privacy policy.

We do not combine this technical information with anything else or use it to identify you.

If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use it only to respond and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. Email is hosted by Microsoft 365 and calls by Google Voice. We keep business correspondence for as long as needed for the relationship and our legal and tax records.

Our apps are built to work on your device. They do not require an account, contain no advertising, and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

• Timbre Bench uses your device's microphone, only when you choose to record, to capture audio takes and compare their spectrograms. Your recordings, instrument library and comparisons are stored on your device.
• Gig Book stores the setlists, charts and lyrics you enter on your device.

iCloud sync. Where an app offers iCloud sync, your data is stored in your own iCloud account so it appears on your other devices. It is held by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, in a private area that only your Apple Account can access. We cannot see it. You can turn sync off in the app or in your device's iCloud settings.

Crash reports and diagnostics. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple sends us crash reports and basic diagnostics: the app version, device model, operating system version and the technical details of what went wrong. They do not identify you, and we use them only to find and fix problems. You can turn this off at any time in your device's Privacy and Security settings.

Purchases. Purchases inside our apps are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, never your name or payment details.

We do not receive your recordings, libraries, setlists or other content. Deleting an app removes its data from your device; data synced to iCloud can be removed in your iCloud settings. If an app ever collects anything beyond what is described here, we will update this policy and the app's App Store privacy details before that version is released.

When we build automations for a client, any personal information in that client's systems is handled under our agreement with the client, which controls how it is used and protected. Where a client is subject to HIPAA, protected health information is handled under a business associate agreement. Our practice is to build and test with sample data and to keep client data inside the client's own environment. This website policy does not replace those agreements.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to the service providers named above so they can perform their services, or when the law requires it.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@isorhythmsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.

Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We protect the information we hold with access controls, encryption provided by our service providers, and multi-factor authentication on our accounts. If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
